The Capability Files is a paid media feature produced by Cole Brown Strategies. It is not an award, a ranking, or an endorsement. Payment reserves a slot in a cohort. It does not purchase editorial claims about your business that we cannot verify in the interview.

Participation requires that you meet the four eligibility criteria stated on this site and that the information you provide is accurate.

You get one review pass on your profile before publication, for accuracy and for anything you would rather not have public. The written profile, the one-page PDF, the social graphics, and the audio are yours to use in your marketing permanently. We keep the feature published as part of the series and may distribute it through our channels and partner council networks.

We make no representation about business outcomes. We commit to writing your profile well, publishing it on the date we state, and distributing it as described.

Payment is not refundable. If your timing changes before your interview, your slot moves to the following month's cohort at the rate you already paid, and we set a new interview time with you. You can make that move yourself from your confirmation page, once.

If we complete your interview and genuinely do not have enough material to build a useful profile, we refund you in full and you keep the recording. If you miss your interview window, we will work with you to reschedule into a later cohort where capacity allows.
