No Margin for Error
American higher education is in its hardest stretch since World War II, and the margin for error has vanished. At Saint Leo University, the country's first deployment of an AI platform built only for universities is changing what a president can know, and when.

Read the Feature
You built something worth talking about.
Somewhere in your company there's a contract nobody outside your team knows about. A job you delivered faster than anyone expected. A capability that buyers assume a company your size couldn't possibly have.
You've never had the time to write it down properly. Nobody does.
That's what this is for. Thirty minutes. One conversation. Everything else gets built for you.
What you get
A written profile
700 to 900 words, published to a permanent link you can use in your email signature, your website, and your proposals.
A one-page capability profile
Your delivered scope, capacity, certifications, and NAICS codes on a single page a buyer can read in ninety seconds.
A podcast episode
Produced and distributed on the major platforms, described so buyers searching your service category can find you.
Social graphics
Pull quote cards and a feature card in a consistent visual system, yours to post and reuse.
Everything is yours to keep and use, permanently.
Shared with a growing network of over 15,000 procurement and supply chain professionals.
Why it is different
Built by someone who read these from the other side of the table.
Carolyn Mosby started The Capability Files after eleven years as President and CEO of a regional affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council. She watched the same thing happen over and over. A qualified supplier would lose a contract, or never get considered at all, because the one fact that would have won it was on page two, in a bullet, under a heading nobody read.
Corporate buyers are not looking for your story. They are looking for evidence you have done this before, at this size, on this timeline.
The Capability Files reverses that. Your profile opens with something specific and true about the work, and the proof is the longest section on the page.
Every interview is conducted by a real writer or journalist. No AI is used. That is how we protect the authenticity and detail that make a profile credible.
Interviews may be conducted by Carolyn Mosby or by a member of our editorial team.
The five questions
THE FIVE
QUESTIONS
A methodology for clarity
Proof, not storytelling
The questions are designed to surface proof, not storytelling. A delivered contract. Your real capacity. The work a buyer would never guess you can do. The ideal first contract. The one thing you wish procurement knew before the first call.
Prepared answers
You will see them before we talk. We want you prepared, because a prepared answer produces a better profile.
Conversation, not performance
The interview is a conversation, not a performance. You show up with the facts, and we build the rest.
